Building a home can be a daunting experience and this home was the third time we’ve had a home built. It was by far, the most rewarding.
You took our vision of what we wanted in a dream home to a beautiful reality. You were a true partner is all aspects- from helping us choose a lot for our home, through follow-up details after move-in. The experience we had with you and your team of skilled sub-contractors was total professionalism. Communication was constant and consistent. Timelines for decisions were clearly understood and whenever we had questions, you were always available and quick to respond. Unforeseen challenges were dealt with quickly and effectively.
We are totally in love with our new home and plan on spending many happy years here.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for a “job well done”!
With sincere appreciation,
Beth and Doug Batista

It is not often in today’s hurried business world that we get to say thank you for a job well done. But, I suppose building someone a home is more than just a business transaction. A home is very personal and you treated it that way from the beginning. I remember our first meeting. James, Jr. and I were anxious to meet with you to see how we could renovate and expand an old house into something more livable. You impressed us that day with your technical knowledge, as well as your warmth and sincerity. And you built us an elegant home.
What we probably appreciated most throughout the process was your ability to calmly and professionally manage a myriad of logistical issues, unforeseen weather conditions and last minute changes and upgrades which I continued to interject. I cannot imagine all the behind the scenes management that a project like this requires. Your tradesmen were all professional and highly skilled. The construction on our home was probably more complex than most Weatherstone Homes projects. Our house is remote from town and included extensive renovation and expansion. As soon as the first home was completed, we asked you to begin construction on our daughter Laura’s home next door. You did all this with grace and professionalism. You exceeded our expectations.
It is for these reasons that I wanted to take a minute to write an unsolicited letter to say “Thank You” for building our family two homes which we hope to enjoy for many generations to come.
Dear Mike and Jeff,
Just a quick note to express my appreciation for the attention to my doorbell, the tile, and reinforcing the arbor. You were so gracious to attend to those things for me.
I am continually reminded of your support and generosity in standing behind your work. I don’t keep these feelings to myself, by the way. I brag about my “great builders” whenever I can.
Thank you again.

Dear Mike, Jeff & Jill:
Well, it is hard to believe, but it has been almost one year since we moved into our new home. I would like to share with you some of our experiences since that move. Our home is so sound proof that we couldn’t even hear the coyotes yipping outside of our bedroom windows one recent night. I am a very light sleeper and I was amazed!
This house is also very sound structurally. As you know, we have had several homes built for us, but this one is very unusual. It has no hairline cracks or separations. Additionally, the insulation must be something else because we have one of the lowest electric bills in the neighborhood and we keep it cooler than most. The dogs have made that request and we aim to please.
The biggest nightmare can be after the house is completed and everyone is paid because you never see or hear from the builder or their sub-contractors again. This has not been the case with our home. Although we have had very little need for any call backs there has been no problem when we needed assistance.
Thanks again for getting us out of our barn apartment and into the house in less than six months. This 4400 square foot project went fast and for that we are very thankful. We had a great deal of fun during the process, but we were thrilled to get into our beautiful new home. All of the decorating selections are just wonderful. Jill was such a great help in this process. What GREAT taste! She made everything go very fast and very smooth. That can be one of the worst parts and the part that can cause many delays. So, thank you Jill. You also did a great job of keeping the “two boys” in line. It was such fun working with the three of you!
Sorry to make this a long letter, but you know I always have a lot to say. Thanks again for a wonderful home. We will enjoy it and Texas for years to come.
Have a great Turkey day and come visit soon. My tree house project is complete and ready for guests.
We are enjoying are new home and have received so many compliments from our friends and family. Thank you for making the home building process so smooth and stress free.

Mike’s suggestions concerning all elements, Jeff’s focus and control over subcontractors, and Jill’s attention to the budget and guidance of selections were impeccable. This has been a wonderful experience for us.

We are so grateful for all of your hard work, organizational skills and the beautiful product of your labors…..our new home! From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with you. You far surpassed our expectations and we feel very blessed indeed to live in such a quality home.

When I was considering the purchase of property in Texas and developing a working ranch for my horses, I anticipated that we would be tackling challenges resulting from the 1,200 mile distance from my home in Idaho. Little did I realize that the decision to hire your company as the general contractor would alleviate those concerns!
Mike, our dealings with your company have been handled with professionalism, while care and attention were given to personal preferences. Jeff and Jill were extremely helpful and both were instrumental in the overall success of the project. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the house; the attention to detail and responsiveness of your entire organization has made the entire project a pleasure. I look forward to additional building projects in the future.
